Shiv Impex Aluminum Cut Wire Shots are produced from premium drawn aluminum and Al-Mg alloy wires. Engineered specifically for blast cleaning and deburring of aluminum sand castings, gravity die castings, and forged wheel components.
With a low specific gravity (~2.7 g/cm³), aluminum cut wire shots impact workpieces with gentle kinetic force, successfully lifting burrs, parting lines, and surface discoloration without causing micro-cracking, dimensional warping, or ferrous contamination.
